The Oasis Learning Center Silva International, Inc. curriculum is the foundation of the adult and elementary programming offered at Oasis Learning Center. Other alternative health methods will be incorporated into the curriculum as well.
The Desert Elementary School will teach elementary school children, consistent with the Chandler School District curriculum, Arizona State Standards, Arizona Statutes and Federal 
Guidelines. The Desert Elementary School will operate Monday through Friday from 8am to 1pm, accommodating children between the ages of 6 to 12 years of age. The Desert Elementary School is designed to offer a capacity of 40 students year round. The school is a tuition based operation, targeting clients who require or desire a low teacher-student ratio learning environment for their child. Curriculum is individualized through personal individual education plans and incorporates the Silva International Inc method.
The Silva School of Learning will operate as a Silva International Inc affiliation. The Silva School of Learning will offer tuition-based evening classes in the Silva Basic Lecture Series, the Silva graduate program and the Silva advanced program.
Global Silva and Wellness Education
With the advent of the Internet, offering “virtual classes” globally through the Internet is very easy and affordable method of reaching a greater audience than the capacity of the school. The Silva Wellness Center will make full use of the Internet for marketing and increasing sales; including the use of social networking techniques as podcasting and video-podcasting (aka YouTube). And it is a natural progression to use the Internet for teaching courses globally as part of the Silva Wellness Center’s marketing campaigns. When and where appropriate, the Silva Wellness Center will offer virtual classes over the Internet, at various times during the day; using certified teachers, teaching assistants, graduate students, and/or prerecorded classes. To increase marketing exposure of the Silva Wellness Center on the internet and throughout the community, the center will broadcasting weekly health educational radio shows on the public radio and through internet podcasting.
The Holistic Health Information Center will provide literature on the various business services and products located at The Silva Wellness Center. In addition, the Holistic Health 
Information Center will offer free information, provided by various sources, which complement the Silva Method and alternative health techniques promoted by the center. Assistance is also provided to:
1. Book facility rentals (retreat, seminars, appointments, Silva class registrations, private spa packages and special events).
2. Arranged site tours.
3. Purchase passes and/or memberships for the AI Fresco Visitation Center (includes access to grounds, outdoor patios, pool & spa, and the refreshment / snack cabana)
4. Provide alternative health outreach to the Greater Phoenix Arizona community; to help those is need with additional options to whatever their health care needs.
5. Provide alternative health information to an international community through the Internet.
